this is a general outline of how we work through the album design process


Select size & style or any additions to the album.


Full payment for album and any additions are required to begin the design process.


I will select the initial images for the album. This will give you an idea of the images that should be included to tell the story of your wedding day. For all albums there will be a maximum of 2 images on a side. This keeps the aesthetic elegant and simple.


You will review the images I have selected. One round of changes to the images may be made for this step.


I design your album.


You will review the design. Two rounds of up to 5 requested changes can be made for this step.


Once final design has been approved, I order the album.


Album is hand made by my album company. Album production time can be anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks depending on time of year.


Your album will be shipped to me for review.


Your album is shipped to you. Delivery time can be up to one week.

NOTE as per your contract: Client will be provided a digital proof of the album design. Two (2) rounds of up to five (5) simultaneously requested changes will be included. Any additional changes requested by Client after the included reviews for any reason shall be billed at the rate of fifty dollars ($50) per hour.

Client must have any album orders completed for printing within six (6) months from the date of the first album proof, or additional fees shall be incurred. Should Client fail to respond to Rebecca Hollis Photography’s request for approval of the album layout within six (6) months of receipt, Rebecca Hollis Photography shall be entitled to proceed with the printing of the album and upon completion the album will be sent to the address provided by Client at the signing of this Agreement. There shall be no changes to the final printed albums.

In the case that the style of album(s) or other products is not longer available from the supplier, an item of like quality and similar style may be substituted.
